Summer Week Two

Sunday- It was the annual NICU reunion. It was fun to see familiar faces again and here the "experts" say how great Ella looks!!

We also saw other nurses and Dr. Anderson, Dr. Carr and Dr. Calanbaugh. It was fun and we are looking forward to next year!

Monday- We got out our baby pool and the hose! We put our swimsuits on and had some fun!!

Much of the week was spent getting ready for the garage sale. But we did find a few moments of fun...

Our garage Sale was rained out on Friday. Thank goodness I found "painters plastic" in the garage to get everything covered fast. We had a total of 6 people participating in the sale- It was HUGE. It was good (except for the rain-out Friday) and we had lots of traffic. (This is only about 1/4 of the "stuff" left on the driveway in the picture).

Friday night we roasted marshmallows and made s'mores in our fire pit.

Carter needed to go to the restroom, and he went in by himself. Daddy went in to check him-and this is what he found! Ha! "Working" on the toilet!

Carter had his 2nd game. He had fun-but it was hot. Guh Guh and Uncle Kyle came to see him play ! (My cameras battery went out...so no more pictures).

Summer- Week One

Summer- Week ONE

Sunday and Monday- Daddy was off for Memorial Day, so we did a lot of fun things around the house: cleaning, mowing, picking weeds, planting flowers, going on walks, grocery shopping...

Tuesday- Wonderscope! We purchased a year membership at my school's auction. It is a great, fun play place for the kids! Each room has a different theme.

Wednesday- Deanna Rose Farmstead! Our favorite place EVER!! It is a FREE local petting zoo...but it is huge and so cool!

We love the goats...especially the baby ones. Carter always enjoys feeding them.

Thursday- We went for a walk and then Carter had T-Ball practice.

Friday- Did you know that it was National Donut Day? We celebrated with Will, Lydia and their friend Olivia at Krispy Kreme.

Saturday- Carter's 1st T-ball game!!

Carter is up-to-bat with Daddy's help. Daddy is one of the assistant coaches.

After the game, Daddy's band had a gig and we organized for the upcoming garage sale.

Then we had a picnic dinner on the back porch.

It was fun to eat outside, since we had nice weather!

Carter's Last Day at Debbie's House

Happy Summer!! School has ended.

Carter will be moving to he Holy Trinity Preschool in the fall. He will be right across the street from me and we will ride to and from school together each day. :)

Carter celebrated his last day at Debbie's House with donuts. :) The other kids had already left, so Annie and Carter enjoyed them.

We love Miss Debbie. She is awesome. I wish she could keep my kids until they were 20. We will see her often since Ella will continue to be at her house and she is our neighbor. We are so blessed to have her in our lives.
