Carter's Birthday

Carter's actual birthday was on Monday, Nov. 26th!
We started the morning with a special breakfast.
We forgot that the local donut store was closed on Mondays, so we headed to Panera.

My boy at breakfast.
He asked if he could have an iced sugar cookies, and since it was his birthday we said YES!

His teacher made him a birthday crown and he got to wear a birthday sticker!

Mommy and Daddy came with brownies to share!

As I was leaving I noticed his artwork and writing in the hallway.

That evening we celebrated with a few friends at the house.
Carter requested pizza for dinner.

Grandparent's Day at HTCS!

My parents and Papa were able to come up for Grandparent's Day at school!
The day started with Mass, a special brunch for the grandparents and then a program in the classroom. It was extra special since Carter's Great Grandpa was able to come, too!

Carter and his classmates put on a little program with singing and actions to a few songs!
I was not able to come and watch since I was "hosting" in my classroom, but my parents and Papa said he did a great job! It was a special day!
